    2. A concept plan for the property at a 1" = 200" scale with information set forth in Chapter 14, section 8.3, subsection 2 of the Code of Ordinances
    3. A traffic impact analysis
    4. A preliminary drainage study
    5. A utility impact study for water and waste water
    6. A capital improvements study
    7. A general map showing areas of significant vegetation
    8. A landscape plan 
    9. Any other information listed in chapter 14, section 8 of the code of ordinances, that may be required and/or beneficial to the town for evaluation of the planned development
    10. Application and all applicable fees.

    Before preparing an application, the applicant should consult with Development Services to discuss any additional requirements. All supporting documentation must be delivered to the Town at the time of application to be deemed a full submission. If any information is missing, inaccurate, or incomplete, the case will be deemed administratively incomplete and will not be scheduled for Planning and Zoning and/or Town Council meeting.
