1. What is the process for new construction permits?

• The application and three physical copies of the plans are submitted to the inspector for review once the plan review fee has been received.
• Upon approval, of the application and the plans, the permit can then be issued once the inspection fee has been received.
• Once the inspection fee has been paid then the permit will be available for pick up at Town Hall.
